Hazy. The aroma is all wrong - compost and hot garbage. Some pear juice in here, but fermentation problems are rather dominant. Yikes.

Hazy, pale green. Very tart. Lots of green apple. Tannic as heck. I mean, I like it for that but it's quite assertive.

Tap at Muted Horn, 6.1% version with Zweigelt grapes. Red, low head. Mead/honey spiciness in the nose strangely enough - honey is about the only thing not in here. Cardamom and the berries, apple in the background, very saftsoppa. Medium body, tart sparkly, broad fruit notes. Feels like it should be sweet, but isn’t. Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy bright reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma is musty, with tart cherries, hazy, and some musty apple skins. Flavour is full of tart cherries, musty notes, and crisp apple skins. Crisp, dry, gently fruity. Pleasant.

Flavour is funky and wild, with wild yeast, oak, and crisp apple skins. Nicely constructed, with oak and apple skins. Nice wild funkiness to this. Good.
