Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazy golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody, herbal. Taste is sweet, pear, woody, herbal, spicy, earthy, with light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet peary earthy finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Beerdome. Misty unclear yellow appearance. Interesting, characterful cider.. a touch waxy but presents a tangy acetic blend, good wild elements coursing with a sharp sour feel.

75cl bottle. Misty pale gold, sparkling. Fine spritz, woody herbal introduction settling into a medium sweet Perry groove, mild sweet apple moments. Ok but unsure about the herbal notes.

Bottle. Bit hazy pale golden. Elderflower, dry apple, oak, dry white wine, more floral notes, soft pear, indeed some rum. Light sweet and bitter. A bit watery, medium dry. A lot of tricks going on to elevate this to decent, even though the apples are maybe not the best cider apples. Well made, though not as nice as a solid UK or French cider.

75cl bottle shared with Soph by the river during the great heatwave of 2022. Hazed pale gold pour. Gentle natural feel, mild apricot hints, very light brittle crisp bitterness, distant natural carbonation.. could be fruitier and fleshier, but still a pleasant sipper.
