Bottle at home. Unclear red-brown color, small off-white to beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, caramel, brown candy sugar especially in the aroma, less so in the flavor. There's, besides the obvious sweet aspect, an odd unexpected rather sharp bitter note to it, sort of underlying. It doesn't dominate however it annoys me. Mwah.

Draught at Van Moll. Opaque pitch black color, small head. Aroma and flavor are malts, roast, liquor, sweetness of the liquor and bitterness of the malts alongside eachother. Quite pleasant.

Süffiger, moderat alkoholischer Beginn. Dunkelmalzig ohne röstig zu sein, weich würzig, etwas eintönig. Okay. 10/7/8/7/10/7

33cl bottle. A hazy orange brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of mid sweet strong dark malt, raisins, dried fruits. Taste of mid sweet and strong dark caramelized malt, dried fruits, raisins.

Aroma has plenty of roasted bitter coffee. In the flavour there's a little fruitiness too. Something like forest fruits. Still loads of fresh roasted coffee bitterness too.
