Geruch würzig. Sehr helle Farbe. Schön trüb. Geschmacklich findet sich etwas Getreide, etwas vergorene Frucht, minimal Balsamico. Im Mittelteil deutlich würzig. Bei normaler Trinktemperatur fand ich es nur recht durchschnittlich. Eiskalt genossen ist es jedoch herrlich süffig und erfrischend. Während andere Biere da nach nichts mehr schmecken, kommen hier alle Geschmacksnuancen in der richten Dosis durch.

Optisch gibt’s nichts auszusetzen. In der Nase Nelke/Banane, im Trunk eher bananig, gut trinkbar wenn auch recht wässrig.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Wheat and lemon in the aroma. Banana, lemon and wheat in the flavor. Banana sweeties and lemon in the aftertaste.

Helles Gold im Glas. In der Nase kaum auszumachen. Im Trunk erinnert mich das sehr an ein Pale Lager, sehr wässrig, etwas Getreide. Unterdurchschnittliches Helles.

Bottled 500ml. -from Kaufland Bamberg. Pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grassy nose. Sweetish malty, grassy, light grainy and herbal hoppy with rather short bitter finish.

12th Sep 2018; half-litre, on tap in the brewery tap beer garden. Light amber, almost clear; beige too white head. Caramel lead in both the aroma and taste, some bread like flavours too, so malts first here, the hops playing a bit part. Mild bitterness in the finish.
