Hazed golden pour with a decent off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness for a bock. Oily texture and a soft carbonation level. Raspberry….ehhh nah. Ok it is fruity. More fruity than a normal bock. But you have to know the answer if you say that it is a solid raspberry touch in this one.

19/1/2019. Bottle from Gabriel, shared at the second Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours very dark brown with a large bubbly beige head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, malt, chocolate and banana. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Pretty good.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Malty alcoholic aroma. Starts strong, intense malty, quite alcoholic. Woody background. Some woody sourish notes. Alcoholic warming finish. Quite drinkable for its strength. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Dark brown colour with nice ruby glimmer and average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, beige head. Spicy malty and minimally fruity aroma, notes of caramel, hints of nuts and chestnut, a touch of glue, plum, raisin, a cautious alcoholic whiff. Taste is sweet, malty, minimally spicy and fruity, hints of caramel, nuts, plum, a touch of marmite and black pepper, some glue; chewy palate, slightly overcarbonated.
