Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Nice aroma light sweet flavor. Moderate bitter long finish. Watery palate but this is an exstremely wellbalanced beer.

On tap at Horsens Beerfestival. Clear, brown beer with a beige head. Spiced and sweet aroma with some caramel. The flavor is much the same. Almost full-bodied and a sweet finish. Quite nice one. Rating: 7-4-7-3-14-3.5. 061028
Bottle. A clear brown beer with a finger-thick off-white to beite head. Caramel and some alcohol on the nose. Dried fruits too. Slightly spiced, coriander seeds-like. Full-bodied and dry, pleasantly carbonated. The flavor has caramel, some roasted malts, a little spiced touch and dried fruits. A bit low on bitterness maybe. Lasting finish with caramel and coriander seeds. Raisins too. A slight Belgian touch on this one, far from bad. Drinks easily and tastes nice. 110122

Draught @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pours a black colour with a small tan head. Roasted malty aroma with hints of licorice and chocolate. Some weak hints of smoke aswell. Sweet roasted malty smokey flavor with hints of licorice, chocolate and coffee. Long roasted malty finish with some bitterness.

A pitch black beer with a thick dark brown head. The aroma is sweet with a strong chocolate note as well as a light note of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of chocolate - a dark bitter desert chocolate, combined with light notes of soy sauce and candied fruit, leading to a dry roasted bitter end.
