As "Søbogaard Økologisk Æselpilsner" 5/2/4/2/10=2.3 (Bottle 33 cl) Beautifully golden, no head. Lovely fresh, almost fruity character with the typical long Thisted bitter finish. 130502

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful golden pilsener (perhaps a slight haze) with a lot of malt in both aroma and flavour. Soft and slightly sweet. 050200

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden beer with a lightly creamy head. Full-bodied with some malty sweetness and less bitter hops than what’s usual for Thisted. Apparently this has been lagered way longer than usual - even for Thisted. 140302

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark, reddish brown with a small, off-white head. Flavours of roasted malt and caramel and actually very full. Sweet - sickingly sweet - I reckon this has more sugar than a cola. To be tried once - and never again. 081200

(Bottle 33 cl) Very dark brown with a tall and handsome, brownish head. Sweetish malty with a lightly synthetic edge as if artificial sweeteners has been used, but I seriously doubt that. 071200

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden with a small head. Hoppy, fresh nose. Some metallic notes but otherwise comes close to a real pilsener. Actually, I’d prefer this over many stronger discount pilseners. 010700

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pale golden with a limited head. Fresh nose with weak notes of licorice from the bog myrtle. In the flavours you don’t really sense the spice, but it does add a slight edge making this stand out from the norm. 200500

(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a tall, handsome and stable head. Slightly sweet start quickly relieved by a very powerful bitterness that seems to last forever. Kapow for a brew... 280300

Fruit and hints of grass in the aroma. Cloudy amber, tanned creamy head. Fruity, not very smoked - rather restrained flavoring. medium body.

An amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet and slightly hoppy, while the flavor is sweet and roasted, which gives it a dry end.
