Slightly hazy amber pour with stable white head. Aromas of grain/bread, grapefruit, some more citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is some grapefruit, herbs, grapes - might be my imagination, but a hint of rice as well. Nice and well-rounded

Can picked up from the brewery shop at the beginning of last month, consumed at home Sunday 12th May 2024 outside gardening. We have Smoked Char Sui (smoked yesterday for 6-7 hours) with Special Fried Rice, and for dessert a Rhubarb Pie and Rhubarb Ice Cream. Pours light hazy gold, with a mid sized white head, nice soft mouthfeel, there is a little bit of lemongrass showing, some sweetness, I like the Kolsch yeast it adds an interesting touch, good freshness, nice beer.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Pale yelow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Lemon notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Fizzy.

33cl bottle in ’t Brugs Beertje on 7th May 2024. Light haze, but only because I poured the whole bottle into my glass after Thomas had poured the initial amount into the glass. Golden body, white crust. Citrus front which stayed throughout the beer.
