Bouteille 33cl @ RBBSG III. Dorée de couleur paille, léger col blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet qui semble avoir déjà été visité et revisité, je ne trouve pas grand chose en terme de lacto qui influence le nez tel que une Berliner Weisse le fait. Retrouve juste qcq effluves de grains notamment un côté malt blé conséquent accompagné d’un citronné modéré. Palais offre un léger malté pâle, un peu plus présent et un profil aigrelet éphémère sur une légère levure belge. Le houblonné offre un aspect plus noble et fleuri typique du Saaz.

33cl bottle at Klaus, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a fluffy, white head. Fruity aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, citrus and hints of spices. Moderate sweet with nice hoppy and Belgian flavours and a somewhat dry and fairly bitter finish. Nice Belgian IPA!

caramel bruin met volle schuimige bruine kraag. aroma is goed, moutig, chocolade, toffee. De eerste slok komt direct al goed binnen; redelijk zoet, matig koffiebitter, mooie chocoalde, iets droog, iets pittigs á la peper/gember, edit:lees later dat het een BIPA betreft, maar daar heb ik hele andere ervaringen mee, zeer lichte hop/den, verder zacht, koffiebittertje in de afdronk, medium body, romig in de mond. Ik moet zeggen dat ik best onder de indruk van dit bier ben.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to ElManana! Pale hazy dishwashing liquid citrus. Fizzy lemon sour, Berliner critters nose, touch fake lemon nose, lemon drops. Taste is lacto, wheat, Berliner fare, lmone drops, touch white sugar, faintly bitter, touch bread. Fizzy. Pretty nice, my least favourite out of 01, 02 & 04 but I am starting to suspect that I am just not the biggest Berliner fan.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to ElManana! Citrus golden, white head. Faintly sour & fruity nose, touch artificial citrus nose, fizzy. Mellow sour taste, touch soap, tangy, mellow lemonade, slightly fruity, slightly bitter & overall better than any of this sounds. Bit fizzy & very interesting beer. Quite enjoyed 01, 02 & 04. Very interesting, refreshing & different beers.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to ElManana! Pale dishwashing liquid citrus, white head. Mellow lactic wheat in the nose. Mellow & easy to drink light citrus, lactic wheat, touch sweet, light pine, light citrus & white bread. Light body, very nice. Easily one of the best witbier’s I have ever had.

Sampled @ RBBSG III. Slightly hazy very pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are like a white beer sort of, with slightly hops and a touch of bitter. Hard to describe. Maybe I just had the wrong (spicy) food just before. It’s decent I think, but not great.

Sampled @ RBBSG III. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste herbs, lightly hops, lightly sweaty, some bitter. A bit fizzy carbonation, average body.

Bottle at Délices et Caprices. Almost clear golden liquid with a huge white head. Aroma of fresh hops, tangerine, light wheat, fruity esters, mango, perfume and spices. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of fresh hops and tangerine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.
