Hazy yellow, big frothy white head. Crisp, peppery, lightly grassy aroma with big citrus notes. Lively mouth feel. Very active carb. Loads of dry wheaty, peppery flavours with lots of citrus and grass. Clean, crisp, incredibly easy drinking.

Hazy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Loads of citrus zest, and fresh green hop cones. With some light grassy notes and good cereals. The finish is very happy, big notes if citrus zest and some solid herbs. Light mint and even basil. Good stuff!

Intoxicating aroma! Loads of peach, apricots, and random stone fruit. Freash green, citrucy hop cones, and loads of sweet citrus zest. Incredible! Loads of hops to go around, this beautifully demonstrates the stone fruit, melon, citrus zest qualities of the great galaxy hop. So good!

Cleat yellow, medium white head. Aroma of malted wheat, sour lemon zest, lemon oil, subtle stone fruit, and a light lactic tartness. Watery mouth feel, lively carb. The finish is lightly tart, and citrusy, with some light zest. No bitterness, get sweeter as it warms. No awful, but not great either. The malted wheat sweetness is still a tad too upfront and gives the beer a slightly buttery, wheat malty fatty mouth feel and flavour.

Lots of stone fruit, and acidity with some solid tropical fruit and citrus oils. Honestly doesnβt seem very much like a saison....just tastes like a super happy ipa. This is all hops, maybe some light cereals, but they ar tough to find.

Bomber.
Hazy orange pour, big white head. Lovely citrus zest, and green hop aroma, with some solid malted wheat. Good carb and mouth feel, finish is bitter, and pithy, but not over powering. A great cross between an ipa and a wheat ale. Great stuff.

Bomber. Black pour, medium beige head. Aroma is like opening a fresh bag of coffee bean, with some solid dark roast, and soft cocoa powder. Silky mouthfeel, perfect carb. Big roasty, chocolatey finish, with medium bitterness and of course a huge cold coffee kick.

Clear good pour, medium white head. Aroma is sharp and big on pine. Soft, mineral, maltiness with some biscuit. Good carb and mouth feel. Medium bitter finish with some solid malts and good hops. Hints of citrus but mostly pine with some pithy bitterness.

Hazy orange pour, big eggshell head. Thick, sticky lacing on the glass......a good sign. The aroma is a huge dose of grapefruit, and some subtle pine. The mouth feel is bang on, and the carb is great. The Finish is a punch to you palette of huge hops. High bitterness in the end, with a great grapefruit finish. loved it.
