Description
Moulins d'Ascq beers have all come from organic farming since the brewery was created in 1999. 100% of the raw materials used in the design of the recipes are certified organic and produced with respect for the environment.

It takes an average of five weeks to make our beers. They are neither pasteurized nor filtered in order to best preserve their aromas. Their fine bubbles are natural thanks to a refermentation in the bottle. These are beers brewed with respect for tradition, high fermentation and Belgian inspiration.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Lively carbonation. Herbal, sweet, fruity with harsh bitter notes. Unbalanced, not the best tripel.

Hazy pale blond colour with thin lacy head. Initial spicy aroma of Gale and Eucalyptus. That fades out to a more pleasant scent of citrusy hop and lime zest. Decent body. Mostly citrus but with a sweet backnote.

Blond colour with big fluffy head. Very light grainy aroma, almost wheaty. Yeasty notes too. Not too sweet. There's a dry bite of hop and just a hint of sweetness in the finish.
