Description
La Brasserie Artisanale BENELUX a été fondé en 2006, sur la rue Sherbrooke près de ce qui allait devenir le Quartier des Spectacles à Montréal.
Une deuxième succursale Brasserie Artisanale BENELUX a ensuite ouvert sur la rue Wellington à Verdun en 2013, devenant le premier bar et brasserie de cet arrondissement en 140 ans.
Un autre petit site de production a ouvert peu après dans Pointe-St-Charles (3810 rue St-Patrick, dans les anciens locaux de Brasseurs Sans Gluten) sous le nom de "Brasserie du Canal" et servait à complémer l'offre des deux succursales ainsi que de produire quelques produits embouteillés pour la vente extérieure.
La Brasserie du Canal a depuis été déménagée dans leur nouvelle Microbrasserie BENELUX à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (anciens locaux de Lagabière) où l'encannettage de leurs produits est effectuée depuis sous le nom BENELUX - Bières & Pubs.

En fût au brouepub sur Sherbrooke. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme d’ananas, pomélo, malt subtil. Goût d’ananas mur, pomélo, amertume moyenne-élevée. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

A dark black porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a smooth fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, a bit of veggie notes, OK. On tap at Sherbrooke location.

A hazed dark amber dunkel with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peated notes, wood extract, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana notes, cloves, light off notes, nice. On tap at Sherbrooke location.

SMASH Nelson Sauvin : A blonde pilsner with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, smooth fruity biscuit malt with grassy catty hops, resinous and very nice. In mouth, a nice smooth biscuit malt with fruity esters, catty hops, light yet pleasing. On tap at Sherbrooke location.

An orange amber DIPA with a thick collapsing creamy light mocha head. In aroma, doughy caramel malt with tropical fruits, floral and resinous hops, light celery salts, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with tropical fruits, pepper, celery salts, floral hops, oily mouth feel, warming alcohol, nice but was expecting more floral hops. A reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful sour cherry with light Brett, light oaked notes, vanilla, wood, very nice. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with cherries, puckering quality, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, dry but good and complex. Well done. On tap at Sherbrooke St location.

Botella de 33 cl en Cimeria 24-12-13. Color ambar oscuro bastante turbio. Sabores dulces afrutados muy bien combinados con un cuerpo medio maltoso bastante fino que la hacen muy fácil de beber. Final con amargo contenido, suave y agradable que según calienta la cerveza va disipandose un poco incrementándose también las sensaciones maltosas, un toque de hervaceos y el dulzor afrutado. Bastante buena con una línea general suave y perfecta combinación de sabores. Buena buena colaboracióncolaboración sin duda. Para repetir

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing dark brown head. In aroma, a bitter sweet chocolate with smooth chili notes, floral hops, grapefruit, very nice and pungent. In mouth, a nice bitter sweet chocolate with licorice, alcohol warmth, light spices, very nice and balanced while bitter. On tap at Sherbrooke St location.

A golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, classic smooth biscuit malt with mineral notes, German hops, light spicy notes. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with mineral chalky character, very classic and German. On tap at Sherbrooke St location.
