Draught at the brewpub
Hazy amber color. Very nice hop aroma, very animal. Good body strength, maybe the crystal malt is unnecessary; moderate residual sweetness; strong hopping, again, animal more than fruity or resiny.
Good.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy pale blond color without head. Very unusual, yet interesting aroma, with bread and light smoke, light lactic acid too, bread dough. The mouthfeel is dry, but not weak; there are notes of bread, lactic acid, light smoke; the acidity is moderate, less than traditional Berliner Weisse. The final is a bit astringent; there is a lemony touch; but that bread feeling that sticks on the teeth is lovely.
Amazing.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy brown color, with almost no head. The aroma is nice, mild sourness, chocolate, wood, campfire; a good balance. The flavor is a bit sour, some roasted malt, some bread dough; the body is medium-thin, the mouthfeel is dry; drier final, a bit lemony too.

Draught at the brewpub; 8.2% ABV
Dark brown color, with almost no head. The aroma is fruity (banana), and with a lot of candi sugar, and a hint of apples; been there. Good body strength; there is some caramel, chocolate, moderate sweetness, light fruitiness (banana), and some liquorice that is out of place; correct bitterness.
Overall, quite messy.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy amber color, with medium sized creamy head. The aroma of malt is a bit woody, fruity, with delicate vanilla and flowers touch. Smooth mouthfeel; some malt flavor, light fruity and vinous touch, maybe very light vanilla; correct bitterness.
I believe that beers with a different malt profile should be wine barrel aged; this kind of tartness clashes with the spicy malt. A bit over the top.

Draught at the brewpub; 7.7% ABV
Black color with small beige head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, maybe coffee; quite nice. Good roasted malt and chocolate flavor, with hints of coffee and a trace of liquorice; some residual sweetness.
Too much coffee for a true Baltic Porter, but still a good beer.

Hazy amber color, with small head. Very nice aroma of hops, resiny, piney, with some lemoncake. Strong body, with toffee and malt flavor, plenty of hop resins, piney character, and bitter oranges too.
Classic North American IIPA, brutal.

Draught at the brewpub
Black color, with brownish creamy head. Unexpected aroma: glue and flourpaste. Full bodied; good chocolate flavor with traces of roasted malts and hint of liquorice; comforting alcohol warmth; strong bitterness.
Excellent chocolatey Imperial Stout, too bad for the aroma.

A golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a pungent herbal malt with light catnip, fruity notes. In mouth, a nice orange pulp malt with Belgian hops, very smooth. Called Roman Bathouse. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest Sept 29 2012.

Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light hoppy notes with light Belgian malt notes. Taste is dominated by dry and floral hops notes with some light semi-sweet Belgian style malt backbone. Body is light with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but well enjoyable light Belgian pale ale.
