Pâle léger voile, col épais crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme donne de suite le ton, ici c'est bien bretté avec, comme en bouche, ce côté DLS qui passe bien pour ce genre de saison sans pour cela tomber dans le 'sour'. Effet léger toasté, céréales, nobles avec des touches fruitées.
Palais est de suite sur un rappel DLS avec ce caractère bretté assez dominant. Rondeur de grains de cette version multi-céréales en support dont pas mal sur l'effet épeautre. Houblonné délicat en amertume plus sur une base noble. Je trouve le tout assez bien ficelé.

Black with a beige head. Roasted malts, lightly sour, some smoked malt, burnt malt, a touch of sweetness, cocoa. Medium to full bodied. Finish has some sweet notes and light saltiness. Nice.

A touch of haze on this yellow brew. White head. Bright citrus, pine, fruity, herbal, lightly sweet malts. Medium, creamy body. Finish is a bit dry. Nice.

Hazy golden with a thin white head. Very fresh herbal notes with light zesty spice and citrus, vegetal, and a subtle malt note. Finish is herbal and snappy. The vegetal note overpowers some but it’s a fine beer.

Robe brune, jolie. Au nez comme en bouche, un caractère un peu sauvage se dégage, avec un côté fermier et nature rappelant une levure rustique. L’amertume reste légère, et l’ensemble manque un peu du profil attendu pour une IPA, comme pour une black IPA. Une bière agréable mais atypique pour le style.

On tap at Bierbuik Lille. Black coloured, small brown head, chocolate and mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, touch of smoke and subdued salty notes with dry bitterish finish.

Draught @ Bellenaert Cafe, Bailleul. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Welcoming fruity nose. Crisp, tangy with lovely apricot-esque fruit. Nicely done.

Little cloudy reddish copper coloured beer, big aery irregular off-white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of ginger all right, fresh cut strong ginger, not much else, maybe some lemon or lime, but mainly all ginger. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, a bit watery, lemony, malty, quite some ginger, good bitterness, gentle roast, some arrow root. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, a bit lemony, sourish touch, a hint of ginger still, but not too much, malty finish with some lime and lemon, ok but not a great beer.
