The change in the U.S. beer scene has undoubtedly been revolutionary. We are proud of what we have accomplished in our short time to become a leader and innovator in the industry. The evolving tastes of beer drinkers has demanded bigger flavors, more variety, and better beer. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers — the list goes on!
Our brewery has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our mahogany bar at the brewpub, to the massive beauty of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery, to the commitment to quality in each beer that we put in a can or a keg. Revolution believes in the value of hard work. We work hard to provide great, accessible brews for everyday people. We have fun doing what we do and hope you have fun drinking our beers!

Aroma is nice and hoppy with lots of grapefruit, pine resin and a nice, slightly fruity tangerine note which seems to be the most prevalent hop character. A hint of caramel malt in the background. No alcohol aroma. Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin white head that slowly recedes to the edges. Nice lacing with almost no legs. The flavor has a but of caramel to it but it actually works alright with the hop notes. There is a fruitiness similar to a fruit roll up as well as a bit of tangerine an orange. A light background pine resin note lingers into the finish helping dry the finish out. Bitterness is moderate and not harsh at all. Mouthfeel is medium bodies with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth make this easy drinking. Overall this is a surprisingly good beer from a brewery that I have only had average beers from up until now. Not as dry as a West Coast IPA, but the caramel isn't over done at all and works well with the hop bill. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can generously given to me by beastiefan2k. The pour is a deep, hazed brown, with a full 3 inch khaki head. The head falls slowly. The aroma is light ash roast, a bit of mineral, and malt sweetness. The taste is mineral roast, dark chocolate, pine hop, and finishes with dry bitter sweet chocolate. The pine hop becomes more pronounced as the beer warms. The palate is medium to light bodied, low carbonation, and the mineral dry roast finish. Nice porter, great name, thanks for sharing Eugene.

Sample at the Studio 35 Barrel Aged Beer / Slap Shot screening on 02/10/2013. The beer is a very dark brown color with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of bourbon, dark chocolate and vanilla. Full-bodied with an oaky bourbon character and notes of chocolate malt and vanilla. The finish is boozy with a chocolate/vanilla twist aftertaste. Solid all around.

12 oz can from De Bierkoning @ home (says 6.8% ABV). Color is as good as black. Beige head, quickly receding to a thin layer. Aroma’s: roasted malts, ground coffee, chocolate, with fruit retronasal. Flavor is roasted, lightly sweet, fruity. Carbonation is a bit low which give this a bit of a thin mouthfeel. Short finish, with just a little dryness, roast & chocolate.

If you wannah a revolution well you know, you don’t want to save the world, heheh. This Ipa, from a can is right on style. Not cloudy yellow, rather thick in appearance. Smell is perfume pine. Taste is bitter nasty nellie, roto tiller down the back of my throat. Pine tar, smells like pine tar too. Spruce meories passing thru my head as I chew on negatively charged green grapefruit rinds. Some co2 almost makes this drinkable. Finish is long BS bitter stuff. My lager lover taste buds have run fer the hills, the place where the McCoys live.
