Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden to bronze color with a two finger white foamy head which died off somewhat quick and barely left any lace
Aroma: citrusy with fresh clean laundry and a light touch of honey; then some biscuity malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fair fluffy sweet sort of vibe; finishes citrusy to slightly lemony
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to light bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue, some hop spice nips at the tongue too
Overall: a blonde ale with a little bit more flavor than some other blondes, well, how about that! I think I could come back to this one.

Appearance: light copper color with a subtle transparency about it; two finger white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to pine needles with some citrusy hop vibes; light clean crackery to biscuit malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet quality with a lingering finish of soft biscuity maltiness
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to light bodied; sessionable; it's pretty smooth along the tongue with very low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: it's an easy going pale ale, might not have a lot going on but I had a second one with a burger and it went down nice.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: slightly purple to maybe deep pink sort of coloring with a fairly quick dieing foamy head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet and tart blackberries, slight sweet wheat, subtle lemon pulp further under
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to tart and light sour sort of quality; finishes blackberry-ish with the sweet wheat and finally adds in a pinch of salt
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under; leaning towards being sessionable; some sour to tart character does feel weaponized against the tongue
Overall: nice as a fruited sour ale, I can get behind that but there's no gose in this thing, not to me at least.

Appearance: cloudy orange thickness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which settled off to leave some light foamy lace
Aroma: semi-citrusy to piney with bitter orange peel and grapefruit peel
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes piney/resinous with some bitter grapefruit peel
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, somewhat sessionable but definitely that dry chalky sort of feel rolling across my tongue
Overall: not bad as an IPA but I don't see this as a true "New England" styled one.

Aroma: some grapefruit, light oranges and extra citrusy hop notes; some earthy tones then a clean biscuity malt backbone.
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet sturdiness and leaning towards that West coast quality; finishes citrusy with the malts
Texture: between light and medium bodied, some sessionability about it; some smoothness but also some chalky dryness
Overall: it's a West coast styled IPA done by an East coast brewer but does it really have what it takes to stand up with the great West coast styled IPA's? Hmmmmm...I might have to go at this one again to answer my own question.

Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality and adds in a touch of sugars; finishes with the grapefruit, pine and orange rind
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; light smoothness with some sticky hops; light hop assertiveness
Overall; okay DIPA that seems a bit stiff to possibly be a West coast styled one. Maybe I could come back to.

Aroma: lemongrass, coriander, some hay, grassiness, wheat, light floral character
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a semi sweet earthy to floral tone; light finish of earthy/floral/lemongrassy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, I like how the coriander is a bit softer in the feel here but also semi-dry
Overall: pretty nice saison I'd be very willing to return to.

Aroma: blood orange pulpy and rind on top of some floral hops, clean malt base
Flavor: juicy bittersweet blend of the prior noted aromas; semi-crisp blood orange finish
Texture: light to medium bodied with a nice sessionability about it. Some clean smoothness but light hop grit on the tongue (nothing distracting)
Overall: pretty nice West coast styled IPA done up in Lawson's fashion.

Appearance: dark brown color with one finger off white foamy head which dissipated mildly to leave some nice spotty lace.
Aroma: dark chocolate, dark bread, yeasty fruitiness, mild biscuits, sweet coffee character, earthiness, and some toasted nuts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together sweetly with a touch of toast, subtle coffee finish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, wonderful smoothness along the tongue
Overall: as an English dark mild ale it works. Then with a Lawson twist in a modern way. Wish they still brewed this.
