Slight haze, no head. Toasty, rich, chinooky, some alcohol. Some if this works but some of this…not an optimized 2002 IPA. Just had to be there I guess.

Thin dark tan head over a near black body. Nose is rich, featuring dark chocolate, roasted malt and dark berries. The maple comes out early along with slightly burnt butter, molasses, and dark roasted malts. Dark berries, toffee, dark berries and some citrus hops round out an excellent, rich IS.

Blik gedeeld door Keukeman, thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel amberkleurig bier met een medium beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van ahornsiroop. De smaak is vol fruitig, armhorn siroop en hop.

Slightly hazy reddish-orange color with a medium thick frothy ivory white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Gin, yeast, fruit and malt in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky gin, juniper, peppery yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a gin aftertaste. Good beer all around.
