(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a lacing medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of toffee and a light nutty touch. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasty and nutty malty taste with caramel/toffee; malt-accented finish with light traces of hoppy bitterness and a whiff of chocolate in the aftertaste. Pleasant (06.X.08).

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a loose foamy white head. Quite sweet biscuit-like malty nose, accompanied by grainy notes and a touch of vegetables. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Malt-accented taste with a high level of residual sweetness; sweet, even a bit sugary finish with poor traces of bitterness. Too sweet and one-dimensional for my liking (05.X.08).

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, beautiful amber with a lightly creamy, off-white head. Somewhat impure, malty nose. Light notes of caramel, but uneven and disharmonious albeit not exactly unpleasant. Vaguely sourish edge - no bitterness. I believe this was probably a bit off. 190206
