750 ml bottle. 2017 vintage. Pours a clear light gold with moderate bubbly head. Aromas of dried apples and a bit of spice. Frothy with lots of carbonation in the mouth very much like champagne. Flavors of bitter apples, green apple skins and musky green grapes. Really nice.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, champagne notes, and apple skin acidity. Flavour is bright, full of champagne yeast, with apple skins, and some wild character. Bright and funky. Very nice.

Bottle. You noticed from one smell that this is dry as fuck. Palate is super dry apple, almost citric acid, don't know what to think about it.

Yellow clear, huge head that lasts longer than you expect from a cider. Sour apples, alcoholic hit in the nose, super dry with VERY high carbonation (foamed over in the bottle). Sour flavor, bold with a champagney bubbliness.
