On tap at the brewery, unfiltered haze with moderate head. Grain and spicy hops on the nose, flavor is pretty fresh and tasty grain, but a bit on the mild side. Decent slim body for this style.

Drunk on tap at Forschungsbrauerei with Max. Nice hazy amber with a substantial head, banana pancakes nose, creamy but not overly sweet mouthfeel. Perfect body with clean wheat and banana yeast esters. Really nice Munich traditional style Weißbier!

On tap at Sammamera Freising Wednesday 19th February 2025. Pours red with a creamy white head, good clarity. It takes a few sips to move on from a beast like Schneider Weisse Tap 5 to this but give it time and this opens up. A little nutty, light toffee, actually more nutty. Doesn't taste 6.2%, drinks far easier than that, pleasant beer.

Bronze colour. Fruity, malty aroma has some apple and caramel. Big, firm, toasty maltiness in the body, without much fruitiness thankfully. Interesting. It’s a strange sort of malt character that I haven’t really found in this precise proportion before. Not that this makes it great, just interesting.

Hazy amber. Aroma is honey, caramel, straw, light cookie dough. Taste is sweet but balanced caramel honey and light fruit like physalis. Pretty fresh and not too heavy. Not bad.

Hazy golden. Aroma is bread green leaves light grass hints of yeasty fruity flavours. Taste is rather sweet bready with light grain. Above average chewiness. Alright.
