Golden-amber, thin head, toffeeish, demerara and sweet earthy notes. Nice, like a strong mild.

Cask at the Clachan. It pours golden amber with a small white head. The nose is sweet apple, pear, hay, floral, grainy and light tartness. The taste is bitter citrus fruits, light tartness, apple, pear, light astringency, floral notes, grainy and light soap with a crisp, bitter finish. Light-medium and fine carbonation. Unique for sure! Not quite sure the balance is there, but a fun drinking experience nonetheless....

On tap at the Cafe Royal. Appearance - dark toffee nice head. Nose - lovely elderflower zing. Taste - more elderflower but a bit more sweet and gloopy this time. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that really doesn’t provide closure. Sweet but drying too. Overall - it peaked at the interview.
