From the bottle. Dirty brown with a foamy head that proves to be fleeting. Mild aroma of toasted grains. Taste is mildly sweet with mineral notes and a light roasted bitterness at the end. Light to medium body wit a watery texture. Blah.

Bottle at Würzburger Hofbräu, Würzburg, Bavaria Saturday 9th March 2019. Pours clear warm gold with a large white head. Maltier than expected, but clean and fresh tasting. It could be more bitter and more crisp and less malty, but hey I am being overly critical, fact is a few flaws (to my tastebuds) these aside, I did enjoy it.

As Sternla Helles. Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Some light soapy notes, a bit metallical. Finish could be more balanced, dry hoppy notes. Still with a soapy touch. Okay.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest spicy. Light wheaty hints. Finish well balanced, still fine spicy. Not bad.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before December 2018. A bit hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity and slightly artificial aroma of lemonade. Quite sweet, minimally sourish, moderately fruity and slightly artificial taste of lemonade and traces of grains, followed by a short, a little tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Average Radler.

0.5 bottle. Barely hazy straw gold. Light maltiness, not quite enough hops, but a clean taste. Alright but not really amazing.
