Cask gravity at Kent BF 2006. Black beer with fading beige head. Powdery cocoa, smooth in mouth, very good choc on end. Just a bit too powdery.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 06. Black with lasting dark beige head. Toasty, roasted malt. Bit like a stout. In fact more of a stout than a porter. Bit of sour liquorice. Very nice, roasted malt. Dry stout. Good bite on end. Some roasted toffee. Dry finish. Quite good choc/coffee but mostly choc.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 06. Deep copper/amber colour with bubbly off white head. Malt and earthy hop aroma. Actually quite a good malty best bitter. Bit of yeast. OK best bitter with a bit of roasted malt.

Cask gravity at Chambers Easter Festival, Folkestone. Deep gold, bubbly off white head. Some citrus and pale malt in mouth which is both juicy and stale at the same time. Finish disappears quickly. Bit of cardboard too. 2.5/5.0 Re-rate, cask handpull at The Star Inn, St Mary in the Marsh. Wow this really blew me away. Perfect after a long bike ride on a blisteringly hot day, perfect condition, perfect hops, perfect body.

Cask at Yew and Ewe, Brookland, Kent Copper/orange session bitter with excellent hop nose and some malt to balance. Well made beer with caramel and orange flavours. Had this with roast chicken and it went down lovely. Good dry hoppy finish makes you want to have another taste

A red-brown beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt and caramel - and so is the flavor, but the body is thin.

Brown color; thick giant head. Aroma of malt and roasted malt, and yeast. Dry, with a sharp roasted malt character; high ending bitterness, but not hop aromatic.

Darkish amber. Grassy aroma with hints of toffee. Light bodied with nice malt character. Fruity and chocolatey. A flavourful light ale with well balanced bitterness.

Very dark brown with rich head. Roasty and fruity nose. Full bodied and sweet. A complex salty and nutty ale with notes of figs. Extremely flavourful for being only 5%.
