Tap @ Will Schederndorf, Stadelhofen-Schederndorf. Pours clear Golden with a small creamy head. Very clean nose and flavor. Freshly baked bread, grains, soft doughy and grassy. Dry finish. Enormously clean and bitter finish.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear nut brown, rich creamy head. Toasty and floral. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Mild and soft. Bready and floral. Fairly low bitterness.

Draught (Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm) - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Cocoa, rye bread and plums in the aroma. Nutty and slightly roasted taste with cocoa, chestnuts, rye and some faint berry notes. Really nice, enjoyable and easy to drink.

On tap at Be.Re. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, raw wheat, some old socks, clove, hint of banana. Flavour is dry, wheat, light spicy, hint of banana, lemon, soft bitter finish. Light bodied.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Rich aroma of of charcuterie smoke with notes of salmiak. Dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Smoked ham and tar. Salty mid bitter finish.

Tap. Clear brown color with amber highlight and a creamy tan head. Aroma is earthy, lightly fruity yeast, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, juicy malts, fruity yeast, a bit sweet. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Extremely drinkable despite the sweetness!

“Schederndorfer Helles Sommerbier“, vom Faß beim Will in Schederndorf. - Orangegold, gut trüb. - Nase angenehm hefig-karamelmalzig und kernig orangenfruchtig hopfenherb mit deutlicher Landluft (Kuhstall). - Antrunk ländlich rustikal-karamelmalzig mit schöner Orangenschalenherbe. Warme Honignoten, tiefe Malzigkeit mit schöner Restsüße. Etwas zu stark rezent für ein fränkisches Landbier, annähernd vollmundig. Mäßig herber Abgang mit Orangenmarmelade und einem Hauch von Kuhstall. - Ausgezeichnetes fränkisches Landbier.

Draft at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours a wonderful ruby brown, with gross whitish foam. Aroma is pretty intensely smoked. Body is slightly dense with intense carbonation, even too much. Taste is moderately sweet, with good bitterness govern by the smokiness. Finish is average.

On tap at Berggasthof Banzer Wald. 5.0 ish no idea what this is but it's something like what I have put in. Dark brown beer. Aroma is OK some malt in mouth some brown malt some herb. slight hop on finish better on finish than aroma. almost milk chocolate. not my thing bit grew on me. .
