pours a bit unclear, darker blonde. Medium sized head fades instantly to a zero. Blasts of aroma fill the room with apple. Fairly refined and complex, and intense as far as cider goes ! a certain 'dry' character from the appleskins is to be expected by the scent. Taste is very full. Surprisingly sweet ( not overly sweet, just more than anticipated by the scent ) . Mild boozy taste (yet no heat ) due to the barrel, lifting the apple aroma up very nicely. very mild woody notes. Nice, medium carbonation. long finish, loads of apples. Very nice stuff !

Bottle pour @ NOA Chef's Hall as part of their wine pairing menu. Clear yellow with not that many bubbles on the top. Nose is nice fruity, pears and minerals, refreshing while also having its wild barnyard side. Taste has minerals, refreshing, pear sweetness but not too sweet. Good lively carbonation keeping the pallet refreshed. Quite enjoyable, characterful perry.

Bottle at home, 30/07/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent white cap. Nose is apple skin, damp wood, grains, trace of barnyard, lightly smoked straw. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light vinous note, damp wood, apple core, residual sugars. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, bitter sweet close. Decent easy drinking and lightly funked up cider for the ABV ... tastes a bit sweeter than the nose suggests which was a shame.

75cl bottle shared with Soph. Pours misty golden yellow. Aroma has fresh apple orchard with distant sour. Fresh & light again on the palette, spritzy fine bubbles with gentle pure fruit. Could be fruitier & fuller but pleasant enough.

Clear golden. Aroma is pear raisins cream. Taste is mostly sweet with much carbonation induced sourness. Very drinkable. Very juicy. Ok.

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy pears, a bit woody, nice funk! Taste is pears, funky, juicy, medium dry, champenoise carbonation. Lovely Perry!
