Bottle shared for Sjogro's birthday. Clear deep golden, no head. Caramel, sour pear juice, earthy, oak, leather, raisins, soft funk. Over medium sweet, medium sour. Full bodied. Thick and full, but also quite sour.

750ml C&C bottle from HoTM. It pours clear pale yellow - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, quite fresh, vibrant, crunchy pear, melon, plum, soor plooms, touch of bubblegum, touch of lime sherbet, kiwi fruit, hay and dull barnyard character. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, sweet - sour, crunchy green fruits, poached pear, melon, plum, some candy, soor plooms, icing sugar, hint of tartness, dull barnyard and hay with a dry, crunchy green fruit finale. Light to medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Fun stuff. Quite bright. Perhaps a touch sweet, but I like it. Classy.

Bottle. Opens with a loud bang. Color: Slightly hazy golden, fast disappearing sizzling white head. Aroma: Rural funk, fruity pear peel. Taste: Fruity pear, some pear peel, tannins. Subtle rural funk. Moderate to over moderate sweet, very light bitterness. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Very lively pour. Clear deep pale yellow. Crisp pear, gooseberries, light mineral, green apple, lemon zest, kiwi, starfruit. Very crisp and juicy, medium sweet and almost medium sour. Medium bodied, very crisp, medium dry, a lot of sparkly carbonation.

Bottle sampled. Clear golden. Sweet apple, quite some funk, sweet lemon candy, light floral. Quite sweet and aromatic, light tart and bitter with solid fermentation notes. Medium bodied, light dry.

(Bottle) Golden colour with big, but brief, foamy white head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow pears, honey, citrus, hay and a touch of thyme. Fruity taste with pears, herbs, honey, citrus and a dryish finish with a generous acidity. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Spritzy carbonation. Refreshing, tasty, clean and well balanced. Nice one.

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head that fades. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy apples, stalks, little waxy, apple custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, decent apple juice, meaty, pinch of salt, waxy, juicy apple. Palate is semi sweet, massaging carbonation. decent.

Bottle shared. Clear pale straw. Crisp dry pear, vanilla, light white grapes, mineral and earthy. Classic poiré, soft sweet and sour. Very carbonated. Nice!
