Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Hazed light golden. Its mango provides a notable tangy-sweetness to this cider and is very flavoursome.

Box @ Stable Brum. Pours hazy gold with a persistent bubbly top. Aroma presents a honey bourbon sweetness. Taste sees the bourbon join with the apple fruit to produce a honey sweetness, very similar to honey and orange flavoured strepsols. Not really my thing I'm afraid.

Box @ Coracle, Ironbridge. Pours murky gold, some bubbles atop. Spicy nose. Overall quite light and juicy on the palate, some defined spiciness for sure but not really coming across as mincemeat filling, and certainly no pastry notes. Bit odd, and doesn't really work.

Box @ Coracle. Pours misty gold, big ginger nose. Medium-bodied. Vibrant ginger spice, moderately sweet with clean underlying green apple. Entertaining novelty, but the ginger gets a bit much by the end.
