Box @ Coracle. Pours unclear amber, citrussy, musty funky aroma. Taste seems a little harsh and aggressive, not as light, smooth and lemon-lead as expected, though lemon notes do run through. Light acidity, underlying pure apple juice.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is strawberry jelly, a bit yeast. Taste is strawberry jelly, apple sauce, rather sweet. Fatty mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Meh.

Cask - Light Cooked Apple. Cloudy gold with a small frothy head. Sweet and fruit with cooked Apple and some citrus. A bit sweet for my taste and the marmalade doesn’t really come through for me

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours misty gold, light musty peach on the nose. Taste presents pure apple juice with a soft peach presence, light sour. Very much a natural fruit character to this.

26/4/2018. From box at The Split Chimp, Newcastle. Pours orange amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet orange, apple and caramel. Heavy sweetness contrasting with a big dose of sour/bitters. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet cordial like finish, but with some short lasting sour dryness. Quite enjoyable.
