Cask at Hand in Hand, Brighton. It pours hazy dull peach with a medium white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, juicy, earthy, apple pie, light plastic and a touch of candy. The taste is smooth, sweet apple, pear, juicy, earth, sherbet, tannins, lemon zest and light acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Perhaps a touch too sweet for my liking. Not bad.
