Taste comprises much the same, lemon drizzle, hay bale, apple pulp, tangy citric zest, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. OK if a touch on the sweet side.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a hazy pale straw and has an aroma of wet earth. In the mouth it is very sweet with flavour of crisp apples and peel. Eventually some dryness does begin to appear, but this is by no means “medium dry”. It’s pleasant and drinkable, but not much else can be said in its favour.
