Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma of moderately sweet black cherries. Taste has a good cherry presence, although very much on the sweet side, a little apple fruit providing some balance. Ok.

Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty pale gold, small white head. Aroma of fresh rhubarb. Taste perhaps slightly over-sweet, with some sticky stewed rhubarb flavours. Not lacking on the rhubarb flavours, but a touch imbalanced and overly sweet.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A light hazed peach pink coloured pour with no head. Aroma is cherry, apple, woody,, tangy fruit. Flavour is sweet cherry, applet, fruit, woody, tangy. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation. Decent fruit character.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham as ’Seacider Marmalade’ although after fruitless (!) google searches under this name I assume this is the right one. Pours hazy yellow, sour apple laces aroma. Taste presents light orange but rather subtle medium sweet apple fruit. Clean with low tannin presence. Good medium sweet.

Bag in a box at The Doric Arch Euston. Hazy gold pink. Warmish still. Strawberry flavour not too sweet. I mean its sweet. Like strawberry jam. Spread this on your toast. Fun though. Doesn’t taste artificial but it can’t be real fruit. Just too much sugar.

On tap @ IBF Pub Edition 2016, Milano. Il gusto al naso rintraccia percezioni di fruttato, mele e miele. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. Alla lingua il dolce è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è setoso. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di fiori e di mela.
