Description
Welcome to the Hackney Church Brew Co. We are a new brewpub based in the heart of Hackney, named after the parish church over the road. Like the church, we want to create a welcoming space that everyone can enjoy that gives back to the local community.
We serve our own tasty beers alongside delicious food in our taproom and sunny garden. In our book, that’s beer for all sorts.

Keg atvthe brewery tap. Pours mostly clear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Simple helles, biscuity, with some faint lemony tang, paper, vague herbal notes, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Alright balance I'm the finish, more crisp biscuits, lemon peel, white bread, low bitterness. So so.

Abv 5.2% Cloudy pale gold colour thick white head. Pretty good drinkable premium lager. It's good. Good citrus flavours. It's like a lager in the Base but a good ipa on the hops. Really interesting. I liked it a lot. Lime and lemon. Good new German hops. Very drinkable.
