Bottle shared in London - cheers to KH! Pours misty yellow with a fluffy, white head. Nice lemony zest, some mint, citrus peel, soft funk. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tangy finish, lemony tartness, some herbal notes, lemon verbena, nips of grass. Fun stuff.

Bottle at BDTH - London. Pours clear red-gold with a frothy, white head. Aged berries in the nose, old wood, funk. Light sweet flavour with balanced acidity, more old drying woody character, leather, nips of earth, tart lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Graceful finish, more citrus fruit acidity, woody dryness, low bitterness. Gorgeous stuff.

Bottle at BDTH - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a thin, frothy white head. Nice funk in the snout, lemon, hay bales. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, that mixed germ funk, more lemony tartness, a background floral note. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, more citric bite, soft yeast, lemon, peach, a little grass and dandelion. Great stuff.

From my brother: pours orange with small head. Aroma is woody and a little bit funky. Taste is woody, funky, earthy. Quite interesting. Nice sweetness. Good.

From my brother: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is funky yeast, light fruitiness, bread. Taste is lightly sour, but very wild and funky. Lightly sour, slightly acidic. Noce woody notes. Quite good.

375 mL bottled early 2018, drunk 11/18/18.
Pours a clear, brass-golden with a small, white head that slowly fades to a ring.
Nose is plentiful cereal-like grain mixing with biscuit and white bread as lemon-lime-like Brett character unfolds, balancing with spice. It's a bit strong/overworked and overly phenolic, however, but only just a bit. Otherwise, soft oak, light floral spice and various fruity esters (apple, nectarine, strawberry) linger on the finish with no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, tightly carbonated and well-attenuated with a malty texture that produces notes of honey, white bread and biscuit. Lemon-forward Brett also displays black pepper and lime, and gets a bit heavy/phenolic on the end. Kind of a sugary-cereal-lime-like character that isn't wonderful, but the main force of the beer (soft oak, malt and light lemon and spice) is excellent.

Bottle split with the Wingmane at BD TH, 13/11/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is tart citric peel, straw, tangy apple peel, grains, light farmyard esters. Taste comprises apple skins, lemon drizzle, berry must, damp wood, light funk, white grape skins, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced gentle puckering effect. Decent well balanced easy drinking sour.
