Description
Established in 2014, owner Seamus McMahon has set up a lovely brewery in one of the old sheds, located behind the milking parlour. This brewery is set up on a working Dairy Farm. The team have renovated the shed to exacting specifications. The brewery is set amongst the rolling drumlins of County Monaghan. Our aim is to create distinct beers that are brewed with care and affection. We have created a range of well balanced and flavoursome ales that reflect the changing face of the beer market in Ireland.

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks to Kenny, 12/09/18. Pitch black with a well presented tan cap. Nose is tangy dark fruits, charr, roast malts, spice, fruit cake. Taste comprises mellow roast, chocolate, light smoke, mellow whisky barrel, toffee, dried fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced alcohol.
