Light aroma with fruity banana, wheat and slightly sour yeast. Flavour is somewhat tart and floury with wheat, some herbs, hints of banana and bubblegum. Sweet and somewhat fruity finish. Adding more yeast gives more bubblegum but does not make this better. Decent.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium to dark orange amber color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruit, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110318]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, pale amber beer wtih a finger-thick, dense, off-white head leaving some lacings. A rather boring aroma in this one, there’s the expected banana and caramel and all that, but it’s too weak and lacking complexity. The flavor goes the same path, the path of boredom. Some alcohol warmth on the palate, medium body and a bit low on carbonation. Short finish. Well, it’s far from bad, it’s just that it’s so goddamn boring. 110318

Bottle @ Norway/Denmark Tasting @ Ulfborg. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours deep amber with a small white head. Sweet toffee and banana. A bit of grain and very vague metal. Very sweet. Medium bodied.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, wheat, yeast, some fruityness as well as mild sweetish notes. Flavour is wheat, some herbs, mild grass as well as some mild fruity and toffeeish notes. Aroma is quite sweetish, but flavour is wellbalanced and refreshing.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Hazy orange colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is wheat, mild acidic wood as well as some spices, banana and mild yeastyness. Flavour is quite similar in a very pleasant balance. A bit watery, but otherwise nice.

Bottle. Sweet lemon, banana, clove, light white pepper and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-tan color with large head. Minimally sweet wheat malt flavor - slight hint of cloves and bananas. Decent malt flavor but minimal fruit/spice flavors.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as light notes of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and wheat.
