Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy yellow/orange colour, lots of creamy white foam. Citrussy, banana, cloves. Taste is rather watery, lots of carbonation. Refreshing but not outspoken aroma.

0.5l bottle. It’s odd, but it’s crystal clear after the first pour. After I swirled the bottle and poured the last drop out of it, it has become hazy though. Classic weizen character with notes of banana, cloves, honey and some bread. The finish has a bit of lemony sourness to it. A bit weak bodied, but otherwise nice.

0.5l bottle. Hazy orange body, white head. Aroma of banana, cloves, lemon zest and peach. Taste of banana, peach, cloves and spicy hops. Balanced between the fruity sweetness and the hops. Great hefeweizen.

Amber hazy color, with a big head but lasting quite short compared to other weizen. Sweet aroma, wheat and banana esters. Wheaty taste, caramel malts. Medium body, a bit too much carbonation for my taste. Dry finish, short aftertaste. Ok weizen, but there are betters.

0.5 l bottle from ’Mein-Biershop.de’, best before May 2016. Hazy, dark brownish amber with a large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of nuts, toffee, overripe banana and clove. Sweet, moderately yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, raisins, molasses, overripe banana, some chocolate and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty and satisfying, although not too deep.

Hazy medium amber colour, tall frothy off-white to beige head, good retention, fair lacing; aroma malty, wheat, banana, light citrus, yeast. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, smooth mouthfeel, yeasty, fruity, light spicy notes. Develops bit more bitterness in the middle part leading to a mild sweetbitter finish, bit of caramel, spicy notes, medium body, watery to creamy texture, average carbonation. Very nice smooth and mild weizenbock, quite pleasant to drink.

500ml Bottle - Hazy copper with a small head. Banana, toffee and nuts in the aroma. Raisins, dates, banana and caramel all feature in the malty and moderately sweet taste. The finish is fruity and sweet with notes of raisins and banana standing out.
