Description

Small yellow head; hazy orange-foxy beer. Banana, sweet nose, bit indifferent. Sweet, very fruity taste, estery, the flavour yeast-intoned, with banana mainly, and solvent retronasal only. Very slick, wheatslickness, near full-bodied. Not a bad Weizenbock, maybe the relatively low 6.5% does it disservice.

bottle, Getränke Hausler Schwandorf. Cloudy darksih yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Malty and yeasty with some spicy hops. Smooth mouthfeel. Finishes with a sour fruityness. I guess that something went wrong with my bottle.

50 cL bottle, courtesy fonefan. Pours hazy dark brown with a small, dense and light tan head. Yeasty, wheaty and roasted malt aroma. Sweet wheaty and light roasted malty flavoured. Medium dry finish. Subdued on the estery and yeasty notes in favour of the roasted malt.
