bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore giallo limpido, al naso malto miele e ananas, in bocca miele cereali, corpo rotondo, l’alcool si sente ma non disturba, carbonazione moderata, molto dolce con amaro moderato. Non è il mio prototipo di Bock, un po' troppo dolce ma comunque una birra onesta. c. Cantina della birra 06.03.21

6/12/2020. Bottle courtesy of Idiosynkrasie, cheers Boris! Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, grainy, malty, mashed fruit, straw and a touch of marzipan. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet, and slightly metallic, finish. Okay.

Bottle from Jonas, thanks! Slightly hazy orange gold with a good head. Mild grain nose with some herbal and honey notes. Flavor is quite sweet but not cloying; lots of caramel; at the back end come hop bitterness and clove/spicy/banana yeast esters. Quite an enjoyable Bock!

Bottle shared with Joen. Unclear orangy color, white head. Aroma is quite pleasant, moderately citrussy with a soft banana-ish note. Flavor is similar. Decent body and carbonation. Nice.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty, spicy, bit wheaty notes. Light sweetish. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Starts intense malty, roasty, some earthy hints as well, light smokey touch. Also some herbal notes. Finish well balanced, dry-malty, wonderful roasty-dry. Well balanced. Really nice!

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Miesbach and consumed at home Sunday 26th July 2020 listening to Blinders - Fantasies of a Stay at Home Psychopath. About to put a Pastitsio in the oven. Pours golden in colour, crystal clear, nice bitterness, good bite, dry, a little fruity, mineral, good.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy brown, big foamy head. Banana, clove, light caramel, citrus, dark bread, estery notes. Dry bitterness, light yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Round and good Dunkelweiße.
