Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear amber colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, hints of caramel and some fruitiness. Solid but not great.

On tap at the brewpub Bamberg. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Cereal wheat flavour in the mouth .. almost like wheat flour. Then it gets a big more drinkable. Lemon. Light aroma of wheat flour remains. It's OK quite distinctive. Maybe a touch too much cereal flavour.

Clear orange blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: gentle smoky character, malty, some smoked ham. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit malty, good bitterness, nice smoky character, grains, hoppy, some citrus, good malty backbone, nice one! Aftertaste: nice smoky touch, a bit sweet, malty, pretty bitter, a bit herbal, grassy, slightly sour, zesty, nice one!
