MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, hoppy, some citrus, a bit zesty, cow fodder, very rural. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, good bitterness, a little sourish, very malty, wort, ok.

Clear dark gold beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, a little sweet, herbal touch, a bit yeasty, good bitterness. Aftertaste: malty, bitter, grains, a bit sweet.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2024) Golden colour with lasting, off-white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and harmonious. Nice one.

Thanks Moravius! Clear reddish amber colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, some roastiness, bready, a bit nutty, light bitter finish.
