Cask at The Albion, Conwy. Clear chestnut. Thick foamy off-white head. Aroma has grains, chewy malts.. develops tangy berry sourness. Flavourwise it's initially tangy. Followed by chewybmalts before a veg element seeps through. Light-medium bodied..Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Pleasent but ultimately a twiggy bitter.

Cask at The Albion, Conwy. Clear dark gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has light fruit and a hint of bitterness but ultimately fails to leave an impression. Flavourwise it is woody, slightly herbal and has peripheral citrus. Gains sweet citrus. Underlying dusty malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Old school IPA aka a hoppy Gold. Poor show. My score is overly generous.

Beer Number #15 at the Clitheroe Beer Festival 2025. Amber, very mild haze. The Belgian style influences are strong in this one, with a lingering bubblegum sweetness in its aftertaste.

Oldham Beer Festival 2025, beer number 9 of the afternoon. Black with plenty of vanilla in both aroma and taste, although this doesn't stop its smooth texture feeling a tad thin.
