22oz bottle pours a watery, opaque black with a thin, off white head. Nose of light smoke, dopplebock fruitiness, toasted bread, malts. Flavor is sweet, malty, smokey, bacon, light coffee, brown sugar, burnt molasses. Medium bodied, smokey finish.

Yet another nice bottle from ygtbsm94, he seems to have an endless supply! No head, but a nice subtle smokiness throughout. Very nice.

09 wax top-750ml bottle @Jimmack Invitational–pours a tan ring for a head and black color. Aroma is molasses-dark malt. Taste is rich molasses-dark malt, earthy/biting hops.

@PreJam Gathering-16oz can-pours a light tan head and gold color. Aroma is lemon/resin. Taste is sweet lemon/resin/floral hops bite, secondary light malt. That cat pee someones bride referred to is probably some Oregon Chinooks.

Bottle 750ml. @ home.[ Courtesy of Summer Secret Santa ]. Clear dark brown black color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, strong coffee - tobacco Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, espresso coffee, dusty, sugar sweet, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100919]

Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, caramel and toffee. Sweetish caramel flavour witth chocolate and coffee. Flavour not quite in harmony for me

Can thanks to Ben! Pours a clear brown with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of roasted coffee with just a slight grain backing. Flavor starts a bit more mellow with grain and bread but the roasted coffee quickly takes over for a nice finish.

Bottle thanks to billshmeinke. Pours with a tan head and a black body. Aromas of apple, maple, bacon, wood, light citrus notes (?), and brown sugar. Taste is smokey, oaky, vanilla, bbq, chocolate, [cannot read note], and surprisingly dry. Lively bubbles.

16oz can pours a totally transparent, burnt orange with a frothy, creamy, lacing white head. Nose is nose is malty, crackers, bread dough, some pitted fruits, some light pine. Flavor is a little on the watery side, malt, biscuits, orangina, iced tea, a little pine tar way at the end. Finish is watery and lightly sweet. It’s not bad, it’s just not interesting.
