Lower Westcombe Farm, Evwrcreech, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6ER, England
Description
We are a brewery on Westcombe Farm in Somerset and we care about how our beers are made. Most importantly where our ingredients come from and how they’re grown. We pay particular attention to the grain we use and source it directly from farmers whose practices whether regenerative or organic, help restore soil health and rebuild ecological systems.
The beers are simple and reflect these values. Having a limited palette to work from allows our creativity to shine in a more subtle and nuanced way. Our beers are inspired by fabulous British and German traditions that are informed by owner and Brewmaster Adrian Peskin's own heritage.
Uses the former site of The Wild Beer Company Ltd.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 7th July 2025. Hazy golden amber with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Complex hoppiness in aroma. Exquisite blend of tangy fruits and grasses in-mouth, and an agreeable malt that goes on to dominate the finish. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 25th April 2025. Almost opaquely sepia-black with almost no foam or lace. Rich and roasty aroma with pungent fruitcake. Burst of roastiness in-mouth with cherry fruits, peel and a generous hand of smoke. A finish of smoked roasty malts. Medium bodied with a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel. Will have another before the night’s out that’s for sure.

Can from 7000 Jars, Kingston. Lively. The thick foamy white head threatens to overspill. Hazy-opaque amber body. Aroma is hazy itself. Malts. Sawdust. Light resin. Restrained stone fruit. Medium-heavy bitter. Resinous. Peripheral tangy citrus and more of that restrained stone fruita'. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Slips down. Dece SIPeh.
