Bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste both have a nice fruity sourness. A bit too sharp though for my liking.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy dull pale orange with a white head. Aroma showcases the fennel (not something I’ve ever wanted in a beer), with mint, aniseed and a little citrus. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Murky dark golden with short lasting white head. Sour grapes, fennel, light sour grains, mint, gooseberries. Quite sour with a light fennel sweetness. Medium bodied with a bit sparkly carbonation. Smells horrible but when drinking it’s quite OK.

Bottle #385/708, thanks to jcnielsen for sending! Pours a lightly hazy, yellow appearance with a white head. White wine, apple cider, mild vinegar, melon, and light spices in the aroma. Medium light body. Fairly dry and fairly sour. The flavor is better than expected: Sprite / lemon lime soda, apples, melons, kiwi fruit, and paw paws. More sour than I typically prefer but there is a nice play between sour tropical fruit and herbal / floral elements. Pretty cool.
