Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw,lemons, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal. Mild citric, fruity and slight vegetables. Mild citric and toasted to grainy finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight estery to phenolic. Dry, citric and mild fruity. Lingering citric and toasted finish.

CBC2016. Fast klare leuchtend orange Farbe. Geruch nach roten Früchten, rote bete, trocken. Geschmack trocken, erdig, rote Beeren.

Tap@ CBC 2016. Pale straw color, thin white head. Elderberry notes, fruits, juice. Flavor has elderflower, nectarines, tartness. Interesting twist.

Tap@ CBC 2016. Light reddish color, thin pink head. Beets clearly in aroma, earthy, some gravel. Beets in flavor as well. Not for me.
