Clear golden pour with a big fluffy white head. Strong phenolic alcohol aroma with alot of sweet grains, and very subtle spicy hops. Full mouthfeel, soft carb. The finish is medium to high on the bitterness, with a pleasant spicy, pine resin hop finish.

Black pour, dark brown head. Sticky, roasty, cocoa Aroma. Loads of dark roasty coffee and malts. Good mouth feel, silky mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is medium bitter loads more roast and coffee with a great roasty end.

Growler from chez gibb. Hazy brownish red pour, with a big beige head. Aroma is quite malty, with slme grassy hops, and some forward herbalness. Quite bitter i found for the style, and the malts were crunchier than expected, not very sweet, more on the savoury side.

Grolwer from chez gibb. Clear oranger pour, medium white head. Aroma is big citrus, and zest. Big vinous acidic notes too, and some fresh green hop cones. Good mouth feel, lively carb. Finish is medium bitter, with a great new zealand acidic hop bite. Great stuff.

A deep dark stout with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coconut, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with vanilla, coconut, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich.

Lightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and nice tiny lacing streaks. Very small pepper particles floating around. Aromas of citrus, Saison yeast, herbal notes and peppery hints. Mineral flavours with the citrus zest, juices, herbs, yeast and mild pepper. A refreshing Saison - just wish the three peppers used here would be a touch punchier, warming away for winter.

Lightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with very lively, wild carbonation, a white cap that stays long, and leaves thick foamy lacing. Saison aromas with the citrus sourness, yeast, zest with notes of Brett-wildness, earthiness. The apples do come out a little in the end, but not overly sweet - just a nice touch of fruitiness. A well-brewed Saison with apples and Brettiness.
