Fairly dull looking, pale. On the nose, sort of a pommaceous nose, some bugs. On the palate, certainly this is solid, with a bit of tartness, good fruity complexity. That touch of brett C is nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has citrus, light acetic, oak, and wild bugs. Flavour is quite complex, with a nice wild yeast character, stone fruit, citrus, light-to-moderate acidity, and a little oak. Citrusy, wild and oaky, with a stone fruity finish. Very nicely done.

750ml (thx, Marc-Olivier L.!) @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma: rustic notes, a lot of grape pomace, lactic notes. Taste: along the same lines, pretty acidic while you drink it. Overall: not the best one from them.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque golden with a humungous, foamy, white head. Aroma is very fragrant, with intense rustic saison yeast, a bit of apple must, and some gentle oak. Flavour is more acidic than expected, with plenty of funk, rustic saison yeast, some oak, and lots of apple acidity on the finish. Lots of acidity and rustic notes. It's good stuff, but not amazing.

A burgundy red ale with orange hues and a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity cherry with grapeskins, light cork, Epsom salts, light buttery notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet cherry mix with red grapes, light Brett, light lactic notes, light buttery notes, very nice and complex. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Version 2023. Des notes céréalières assorties d’épices se présentent d’abord au nez. Cannelle, clou de girofle, accents orangés et floraux. Couleur dorée, partiellement voilée et fortement effervescente. Mousse moyennement abondante et rocailleuse laissant une belle dentelle sur le verre. Accents orangés et bonne présence de malt et d’alcool en entrée de bouche. Des notes céréalières et miellées, des tons floraux, des esters aux allures d’oranges tangerines et des épices beaucoup moins présentes qu’en olfactif dans l’ensemble de la palette mais un peu plus relevées en finale. Les houblons sont épicés, floraux et amènent une amertume douce et subtilement alcoolisée. La corpulence est moyenne et la carbonatation beaucoup trop douce pour le style. A very slight haze, bright golden colour with a soapy-bubbly white cap, average stay and a ring of foam is left. Yeasty nose with eventually, slight spicy Saaz hops, Pils malts and apples-pear notes. The fruity notes continue into the taste with a decent herbal-spicy finish, that dries down. A decent, easy-drinking, better tasting than smelling Pilsner.
