500 ml bottle purchased at the source shortly after the release. Poured into a snifter showing bright yellow color with fast dying fizzy head. The nose shows a mild bretty funk, subtle horseblanket, and lemons.

Flavors of juicy apricot with brett with a light acidic hints and just the right amount of tartness.The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Gosh damn, this is refreshing. Nice!

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops hazy golden color with an effervescent white head. Aromas of funk citrus apricot pineapple grain grapeskin. Taste is clean balanced notes of earthy funk and grapeskin. Well done.

Poured from growler thanks Airforcehops color is brown like raisin with a thin tan head. Aromas of brett yeast caramel toffee and mild fruit. Growler filled at the source 75 minutes ago. Deep brown / muddy reddish color. Aroma is yeast, earthy grain, dried leaves, and the lightest trace of Brettanomyces.

The grain gives an earthy autumnal base with traces of dark fruit. Light the lightest sour tart note in the finish. Carbonation is mild with a lively zip across the palate. Very nice for the style.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Bright yellow color, thin lasting head retention. Citrus, herbal, and earthy aromas.

Flavor is earthy hop dominant, mild citrus, lingering herbal bite of bitterness. Meduim in strength bitterness. Medium in body with a creamy smooth mouthfeel. Interesting.
