A little rough. Juniper and lime. Some fig. Murky orange pour with ok head. Some marmalade. Not quite a fan. Tangy finish with some booze. Can.

Odd duck for sure. Both aromas and flavors have the basic saison, there's the carrot with very mild ginger and while it's spicy I can't really pick out the cumin. Better than expected.

The aromas are coffee, toast, dark malt, and a hint of black patent. Flavors are similar to nose, Sweet barely dominates, but nice integration of bitter and carbonation. Good body no off flavors in the finish. Drinkable beer.

The aromas are yeast, dust, dry white wine. Flavors are similar to nose, traditional European saison qualities at first with some bitter Band-Aid finish. Decent body and carbonation. One and done.

Both in the can and glass the aromas are on the mild side but clean straight forward roasty, cocoa, dark malt and a touch of toffee. Flavors are on the sweet side with some tang in the back but overall very easy drinking and nice.

Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, coconut, pepper, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with giant light tan head. Mildly sweet cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, coconut, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter pepper/hay flavor. Body on the light side - nice balance, no spice dominates. Interesting.
