Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters, some smoke, and some peach.

6 week old pint can A: Poured a long lasting tall, smooth beige head atop a finely hazed rich medium gold body. S: Light scent of lime and orange; honeysuckle, and toasted bread. T: Bitter orange and lime pith and zest give way to tart citrus pulp and maybe sour cherry that lingers. Malts are woody and creamy. M: Light and softly carbonated with a smooth creamy oat texture. Wet tart finish. O: Very good overall. Clean hops and a little Belgian yeast playing nicely with the oatmeal. A repeat buy for sure.

16 oz can from Tavour, 6/15/20. Back of the fridge find from a Tavour order a couple months back. Pours a dark brown color with a thin, light brown head. Medium roast coffee, lightly sweetened, with a decent amount of dark chocolate. The cherry is there, but rather subtle. Solid overall. 7/4/7/3/15

5 week old can A: Poured hard to a big thick head of beige meringue atop a clear pale gold body with a slight swirl of sediment. Good head retention and thick lacing. S: Sweet bread and tart fruity notes. T: Bitter citrus pith, tart citrus pulp, then dry woody malts to finish. M: Fine but prickly carbonation, smooth slick texture and finish. O: Very tasty and well balanced with an elegant mouthfeel. Well done.

16 oz. Aroma is clove, dark bread, dried red fruit, wet stone, cola, cocoa. Pours dark brown with amber highlights and a two finger beige crackling head with excellent retention. Not really getting the coconut or the coffee. It mostly just tastes like a pumpkin spice type of beer. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Not bad but a little underwhelming maybe.

.5l can from Tavour. Dark brown pour wuth ruby highlights, thin beige head. Aroma is boozy, sweet. Taste is pit fruit, Belgian yeast, raisins. The flavor is straight up quad and not ad boozy as the aroma. A little bit of warmth rises at the finish.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours fairly hazy deep ruby red/copper/brown color with a 1 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big caramel, brown sugar, toffee, cocoa, medium roast coffee, raisin, plum, fig, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, peppercorn, clove, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and brown bread/crust; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, vanilla, smoke, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/bready malts, candi sugar, fruity/spicy yeast, cocoa nib, coffee, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big caramel, brown sugar, toffee, cocoa, medium roast coffee, raisin, plum, fig, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, peppercorn, clove, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and brown bread/crust; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, vanilla, smoke, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; and herbal, floral, woody, grassy, roasted coffee bitterness on the finish. Slight yeast tang/tartness. Lingering notes of caramel, brown sugar, toffee, cocoa, medium roast coffee, raisin, plum, fig, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, peppercorn, clove, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, brown bread/crust, banana, bubblegum, vanilla, smoke, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts, candi sugar, fruity/spicy yeast, cocoa nib, coffee, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and fairly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an awesome flavored Belguian dubbel! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts, candi sugar, fruity/spicy yeast, cocoa nib, coffee, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish; awesomely soft feel for the style. Awesome balance between rich malts/sugars, Belgian yeast, cocoa, and fruity/nutty coffee complexity; with nice noble hop presence. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on base style example.

Pour is a darker gold wit a small white head. Aroma is lager malt and you really get that corn. Flavor is again a dry cracker lager malt but with a larger than usual adjunct sweet corn. Finish is dry and gone in a second. This is like drinking a heavier MIller High Life. This brewer really makes some nice Belgian style ales, this was something I don't think many are clambering for.
