Eh... it's interesting. Plain but something is making it stand out.

12 oz. can. Pours a hazy yellow with a large fizzy, foamy white head. Aroma of cereal and stale cardboard. Taste is light malt, cereal, hint of fruitiness. Very bland, and doesn't taste much like a Kölsch.

Cask@The Ginger Man, NYC
Chestnut brown color, medium-sized beige head. Some "heavy" toffee in the nose. Light-bodied. Toasted maltyness behind, crystal malty caramel, some grassy notes. Don’t know if casking is doing any good for this (versus keg).

NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel and small fruitiness. Taste is boring and pretty simple. It is not surprising that this style went by the wayside.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy dark orange/amber with large foamy beige head, very strange soapy/perfume-like aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste with lavender like flavor, somewhat thick body, longish medium bitter orange peel finish. Very quaint brew.

Draught @ Albion. Hazy bright yellow with off-white foamy head, citrus aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter citrus peel taste, thin watery body, medium finish. It’s an "almost IPA" as another taster commented.
